After conducting 30+ user surveys and 5 1-1 user interviews, I found there were major group users like Elisa who just bought a new car and looking for insurance.

When users like Elisa choose insurance, they cares about …

But they feels hard to learn and choose an insurance, because …

Therefore, most consumers prefer to contact an experienced agent from a broker or insurance providers like TD Insurance to learn ‘personalized’ auto insurance ‘quote’.

However, exploring a reliable agent and communicating with them might take a lot of time, and the final quote we received might be biased. Thus, if there is an insurance company provides the digital insurance purchasing experience …

Then, the AI-powered personalized insurance quote company, Jerry.ai paves a new road and is beloved by its digital insurance quote experiences.

But if the user requests their 1st quote from Jerry.ai, it might be different from their final price, as they need to pay for their credit report to get the final price.

Therefore, how might we help users reduce the negative experiences on Jerry from requesting their 1st ‘estimated price’ quotes to their final quote to buy it?

Unclearly actionable information like ‘Basic Plan’ and information architect takes a long time for Elisa to understand it’s not a final price.

Then, I explore 20+ fintech and social apps to get inspirations 🔍

1. Most insurance marketplace apps offer a sorting filter, surface related price/ benefits/ provider’s brand

2. Highlighting the one-click apply CTA button after the quote’s information or offers

3. Messages in the notification box are clickable for most apps
